Paul Wheatley graduated from Michigan State University in 1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism with a concentration in environmental journalism. During his time at MSU he worked as a reporter for the State News. He later worked as a city reporter for the Petoskey News-Review in Petoskey, MI, and The Vindicator newspaper in Youngstown, Ohio. Paul earned a scholarship to The Thomas M. Cooley Law School and earned his law degree with a concentration in environmental law. He interned, clerked, and worked as an attorney for the Liblang Law Firm, PC where aided clients with Consumer Law – namely, Lemon Law, Rebuilt Auto Wrecks, and Wrongful Debt Collections. Paul enjoys legal research and writing and currently works in Litigation.
He is a music and movie buff, a fantasy football nerd, and an MSU and Detroit sports fan. He and his wife Christine have two children, Lana and Finn. They enjoy cooking and traveling together.
