Dacian Rusz Attorney

Dacian Rusz graduated from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science before earning his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law in 2019. He is licensed to practice in Michigan and is admitted to both the Eastern and Western United States District Courts.

After spending seven years on the defense side, Dacian made the deliberate decision to switch to plaintiff personal injury work — bringing with him a valuable behind-the-scenes understanding of how the defense operates. He joined the Mike Morse Law Firm because he wanted to use his skills to genuinely help people through some of the hardest moments of their lives.

In his free time, Dacian enjoys traveling, hiking, exercising, playing games, and cheering on Detroit and University of Michigan sports. He also loves spending time with his wife, toddler son, and poodle.
