Allie Farris is a dedicated plaintiff’s attorney who brings calm focus, strategic preparation, and trial readiness to every case. Early in her legal career, she gained significant hands-on trial experience working alongside some of the most successful trial lawyers in Michigan and contributing to some of the largest verdicts in the country, including multiple multimillion-dollar jury verdicts. That experience shaped her approach today: put people first, prepare relentlessly, and communicate clearly.
Allie earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law on a Dean’s Scholarship. She served on Law Review and the Executive Board as the 2024–2025 Symposium Director, organizing “From Theory to Practice: Mastering the Art of Effective Legal Advocacy,” inspired by her experience working alongside leading trial lawyers. She also spent two years as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing. Outside of the office, Allie believes good advocacy and good humor can coexist—she’s known for keeping teams grounded and finding a little light even in tough moments.
Allie practices across a wide range of personal injury cases, including civil rights, employment, premises liability, wrongful death, and other complex torts. She is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and is eligible for admission in every UBE participating state.
