David Braxton Attorney

David Braxton is a personal injury attorney at the Mike Morse Law Firm, dedicated to fighting for individuals who have been wronged through the negligence of others.

David earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Central Michigan University before going on to receive his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Following graduation, he ran his own solo practice where he developed the discipline and client-centered approach that defines him today. He later gained experience at an insurance defense firm, giving him a unique, behind-the-curtain perspective on how insurance companies think and operate — insight he now uses to the distinct advantage of his clients.

What drew David to personal injury law is simple: the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives during some of their most difficult moments. He believes every client deserves an advocate who will fight tirelessly on their behalf, and he takes that responsibility seriously.

When he is not advocating for his clients, David enjoys spending quality time with his wife and kids, traveling, and staying active at the gym.
