I am happy with the outcome of my court date. I was assigned to Atty. Andrew Kata who was professional and thorough in gathering all my information. We even had a set back in my court date and had to reschedule in which was a bit frustrating at first, but in the end it was worth the wait and Atty Kata worked with me in rectifying the delay I had to endure. Overall, I was pleased I chose a law firm that was knowledgeable and knew how to help me be successful in presenting my case to the courts and came out with a decision in my favor. Thank you to Atty. Andrew Kata and the Mike Morse Law Firm team!
I was very nervous about being disabled. When I applied, i was denied. I figured that i was stuck. Until, i called Mike Morse. My intention was to feel how strong of a case i had against the surgeon who hacked me up. I had other issues as i was already a disabled veteran. Anyway, i started discussing my predicament and voila, they said they can help with an appeal to the SSA. I followed all of Andrew’s instructions and 9 months later i was granted SSDI.Thank you Andrew Kata and the others who helped keep my spirits up while getting the appeal ready. If you have a legal issue, start with Mike Morse. If they can't help, they will get you to someone who can!
